The Teleios Technique
The Teleios Technique of therapeutic and spiritual healing was created
by Dr. James C. Cox, a pioneer in the field of stress management during
the 1970's. As a psychotherapist and pastoral counselor, he observed that
many patients with hard-to-treat cases of anxiety and neurosis were caused
by emotional and spiritual traumas from early in life. At the time, there was
no program available that helped clients access these traumas without
years of psychotherapy. Dr. Cox began exploring the use of multiple
modalities, learning intuitively how various combinations of methods
can enable clients to gain permanent breakthroughs within a few visits.
Directed by his spiritual guides, in conjuction with his formal training, Dr. Cox
fine-tuned these methods into what became the Teleios Technique, one of the
most efficient systems to work with the subconscious mind.

It is well known that there is a causal relationship between many physical maladies and emotional and physical trauma. The body remembers such disturbances of the psyche by embedding the trauma in neurological and musclar systems where they cause dis-ease and potentially dysfunction. When the source of these dysfunctions is in the psycho-spiritual realm,

pain and trauma we carry. When the pain is gone, we are able to become
complete, whole, perfect beings at one with ourselves, our families, friends,
