The Community of the Whole Person was founded in 1972
by Dr.James C. Cox as a church of individuals who choose to actualize their fullest human potential and achieve their spiritual purpose. The theological assumption of the CWP is that God
is loving and free, best known through a personal relationship.
The Community is a group of persons seeking wholeness and enlightenment togther. Our mission is to educate, train, ordain, and ensure a place for community-oriented spiritual practice,
free of prejudice and dogma.

Over 50 ordained ministers and spiritual healers are members
of CWP. The diversity of our members’ experiences creates
a synergy of cross training of healing techniques and support
that enhances the entire group. Members maintain a variety
of independent healing practices and Spirit-led ministries
throughout the United States and Canada.
CWP Workshops are conducted by qualified Workshop Leaders
in multiple locations across the United States and Canada.
